Course Description
This course provides an in-depth introduction to knowledge translation (KT) for practitioners looking to bridge the gap between research and real-world application. Participants will develop core competencies to effectively implement evidence-based practices within healthcare. The course introduces KT frameworks, pre-implementation strategies, and practical skills such as team building, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
